We established our Wandsworth team following My/Architect’s successful launches north of the river in Hackney, Camden, Islington and Hammersmith & Fulham.

It’s where the majority of our work comes from south of the river and is where the office frequently visit.

We always have our office Christmas party here, particularly the new Battersea Power Station development which is wonderful to visit over the festive period!

Wandsworth has become the fifth borough where we’ve begun operations, and it’s quickly turning into our primary area of engagement south of the Thames. Annually, we are winning approximately 10-15 projects within this borough, with several high-profile projects kicking off on Northcote Road and The Pleasance.

While our initial footholds were in Hackney and Islington, it’s now in Wandsworth where we’re experiencing a surge in demand. From significant renovations to new constructions, we’re making a substantial impact on the local landscape.

We’re now involved in around 10-15 major projects each year across Wandsworth, enhancing homes and contributing to the borough’s development.
